Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order is shipped.
  • Once the order enters the shipping process, cancellation will no longer be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please contact us with your order number within the allowed time frame.

Shipping & Refunds

  • No refunds or cancellations are available once an order has been shipped.
  • We do not offer free refunds for products that are already in transit.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons related to pet products, we do not accept returns once an item has been delivered, unless:

  • The product arrives damaged, or
  • You receive an incorrect item

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging
  • Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit (refunds are not guaranteed)

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Items already shipped
  • Items canceled after 48 hours
  • Used or opened products
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)
