I’m from America.. Brazilian I use an ista cylinder… the measurement M22 didn’t work on my cylinder.. I ended up taking it for use there they redoed the thread according to my cylinder and it worked. But the adjustment and control valve is great. . I recommend knowing which thread the cylinder is ideal. .
