It arrived in good condition, well sealed and with the box untrusted, it arrived at the indicated time. The materials are of good quality, the control is very lightweight but of good quality. It comes with several accessories. the necklace: a fairly long tape with its clasp and its adjuster. One USB cable charges with two outputs, one for the shock device and another for the remote control. It also comes with 1 metal spare part in case the ones in the device are lost and they are a little longer, as well as two pairs of extensors. I imagine those are for long or very thick hair dogs. Also a triangular piece that serves to test whether the shock device works correctly. Finally, the control has several modes of use, fortunately it comes with the practical use guide, this one is in the English language, and it is very short. 100% recommended.

Very good product, in the photo I am missing the straps to adjust to my dogs’ necks. It’s also okay, although they are not the best for my taste; plastic ones with a buckle are better. If I have to give it a downside, it’s that I can’t set both dogs to beep or vibrate, but otherwise it’s very good.
