The backpack has arrived today and looks sturdy. Unfortunately, there are 4 dents in the transparent capsule due to inadequate protection. The item should be packaged better for transportation. Furthermore, it is a solid item that makes transporting my kitten easier.

I loved it! It arrived perfectly fine. Well-packaged. Very durable, it’s the exact size for an adult cat. My cat loved it. (I even left the side of the bag open at home for her to get used to it, my cat likes to sleep in the bag by herself.)
