Very cute. The hole is for a collar not a harness. The clasp is a bit weak but it holds. For dogs with a neck wider than a bulldog, i would recommend ordering a size up.

My Labrador weighs 38 kilos, a bit big for him but I think a smaller size would be fine.

I chose the XXXL size for my 20kg dog (length from collarbone to tail about 60cm) and it's perfect in size. The material is soft and during the first test my little dog didn't complain too much, so it's quite comfortable and not too invasive.
